William ”EUGENE” Stover, 89 was born October 29, 1955 in Columbus, Ohio. He was a member of Ford Street Baptist Mission and loved to attend church. He loved to make ” a joyful noise unto the Lord during the church service. He loved to laugh and have a great time enjoying life.
He is survived by one brother: Adam Stover; one sister: Ella Deel both of Lake Charles, LA, one niece, one nephew, aunt and uncle and a host of other relatives and friends.
